Hill Sprints. Air a lot less hazy this morning. Miserable work commute down to the Bootheel and back (before the earthquake), but improved after applying heating pad to arm, neck and shoulder after returning home. Restful night's sleep even with no OTC pain meds since about noon yesterday. Workout = 8 x hill sprints.
