Few ticks over 20:00 minutes to jog to the civic center at an 8:36 average pace. Hit two pole-to-pole surges on the trail between Brookside Park and Deerwood.
Four point-to-point hill repeats in 0:39 / 0:34 / 0:33 / 0:32. Taking about 1:50ish to jog back to the bottom, then walking the remainder of the rest interval before starting a new rep every 5:00 minutes. Strong, efficient, and in full control from #1. Could have done at least one more without falling off. Had it been 10°-20° cooler, would have. Not today. Sunday long run in similar conditions looming and not wanting to bury myself.
Another couple of miles back to the house at an 8:33 average pace. Two pennies.
