Treadmill Tempo Intervals. To battle with boredom, will shorten the intervals and crank up the belt: (1) 12:00 minutes to warm up, then (2) 4 x 6:00 minutes at 7.8 mph / 8.0 mph / 8.2 mph / 8.4-8.6 mph. Jog intervals at 7.0 mph. Belt at 1.5% for tempo effort. Short stretch-out afterward. Tad rushed, so skipped my wall-leaners w/ arms crossed...
