Temp 51 Wind 4 mph. Humidity 86%.

Hill Repeats. Decent morning. No need to bundle anything up; in fact, little on the muggy side. Some minor muscle fatigue left over from end of last week's volume. Otherwise, feel fine and feel strong. 2.81 miles warm-up at 7:47 average pace. Couple of surges to turn the legs over. Felt they might have been on the lame side, but the graph numbers say otherwise.

Workout is 4 x 60 Second Hill Repeats with Jog to Bottom and a Strider. Started on the opposite side of the street and still made it past the finish line on every repeat. Good, honest jogs to the bottom. Striders sharp with last two at and below 5:00 flat.

Down = 2.17 miles. Again at 7:47 average pace. Between warm-up and cool-down, covered the entire K4K 5K course. Found a Trees n Trends gift card still attached to the display casing. May have a happy wife.
