Temp 70 Wind 3 mph.
Strides. Track Workout: (1) 15+ warm up, (2) 8 laps of strides on the straights and recovery on the turns w/ jog/walk on first 8 / walk on last 8, and (3) 10+ minute cool down. Didn't see anyone, but hope they have an overnight construction crew working inside the new addition to junior high. Back door is wide open.
