Hour Easy Run with Three Striders. Plan is to go very easy today, so wore the LCs to guard against letting my stride get sloppy. Included some longer hills and some short steep hills in route. 6.60 miles at 8:28 average pace. Three striders with jog walk recoveries to wrap things up. No a big haul, eight pennies, but back in the black today.
