Temp 52 Winds Calm.
Recovery Run. Three objectives this morning. Some active recovery, time in the zero-drops, and equipment check. Wore both Garmins. Interesting results:
OLD = 3.62 miles in 30:47 (8:29) with splits of 8:54 / 8:21 / 8:21 / 8:17 for 0.62.
REFURB = 3.65 miles in 30:47 (8:26) with splits of 8:49 / 8:20 / 8:24 / 8:05 for 0.65.
Not groundbreaking news. Close enough to record log training data, but shows why you learn to run on feel...
