AT Tempo on Track. On fumes this morning. Averaged 8:07 for first 12:00 minutes, then 8:14 rest of the way. Garmin graph show it looked more like starting at 7:5X and ending at 8:2X. Get a weather break the next two days, but "day job" will take me out of action both days.
