Large rat living in retaining wall across trail from park lake. Seen it once last week. This morning had to break stride as it literally strolled under my foot. Can't go 100 yards around here without seeing a hawk perched on a pole or tree limb. One of them needs to step up and perform their duty to nature. Four pennies.
