Temp 37 Winds Calm.
Long Run. Choppy, sloppy, with lots of heavy, flat foot strikes along the way. Bruise on top of my foot about to fade; however, for first time this morning noticed there has been one about 3-4 inches long and quarter inch high running along outside, back of foot between knob at end of fibula and sole. May need to call it my Covid-Bruise...had it and didn't know it? Quarter, four dimes, two nickels, and nine pennies.
