Temp 65 Winds Calm
Aborted Run. Inside, bottom of right foot from forefoot to back of arch begin cramping and aching yesterday morning while sitting. No trauma, or activity for that matter, to speculate on the cause? Hurt to walk and spooked too much to continue when attempting to run. Will do something else until figuring it out, or it just goes away on its own.
