Temp 57 Winds Calm.

Intervals. Jogging, drills, and strides for warm up. 1.90 miles at 8:30 average pace, two full drill sets and two strides.

Workout is 5 x 600 (0.39) with 200 (0.13) jog intervals. Staying in the neighborhood this morning. Don't really like doing this workout here with all the dips, hiccups, patches of uneven pavement, and turns, but track is still a work in progress. Better to quit bitching and do the workout at proper intensity. Average paces on run intervals: 6:25 / 6:37 / 6:26 / 6:25 / 6:30. Not sure what happen on number two...Ms. Harvard would probably tell me I wasn't propelling myself into the air as high as possible...

Very easy cool down jog of 1.60 miles at 8:54 average pace. Overall, good focus and control. Pretty decent execution and seem to be getting more consistent each week.
