Track Intervals. Walk to middle school, then jog the rest of the way to the track. One lap of strides on the straights and walking the turns to prime.

Workout is 4 x 200 and 4 x 400 with 200 jog intervals. 200s at 6:47 / 6:54 / 6:55 / 6:45. 400s at 6:48 / 6:47 / 6:34 / 6:35. Most of the workout spent pawing my way through the dark. Once eyes acclimated, was able to multi-focus within reps. Brain and legs got it together and last two hit pretty close to old-man fast.

Extra easy jog back to the house.
