Hilly AT Tempo. About 20:00 minutes to defrost. Tempo = 35:12 minutes @ 7:51 average pace. Splits: 8:05 / 7:57 / 7:52 / 7:37 / 3:41 (7:32). Relaxed and easy to run aerobic this morning. So much so, went about 2-3 extra minutes and was expecting to see 8:10-8:05 after stopping watch. Bit of a shock when 7:51 lit up. Jogged around another 35:00 minutes. Even cool down was more brisk (8:30ish) than what has been typical. Nickel and three pennies.
