4) Walking Lunges (*)

5) Hip Flexor Kicks onto Box

6) Hip Hikes

(*) - with light dumbbells

Other than a few mild twinges, foot did not flare up all day. Did skip the plyometric jumps and will still stay in my chair tomorrow. Want to be ready to roll for the weekend come Friday.
