Temp 68 Wind 11 mph.
Run/Walk 30:00 Minutes. Rusty and not acclimated to suddenly summer weather. Originally planned on little longer, but second 10:00 stronger than first, so took it as a sign to take a "W" and go home. Did have some off and on symptoms, always starting in groin/upper adductor, then later in glutes/upper iliotibial before subsiding. First signs of general fatigue about 7:00 minutes into second 10:00 run interval.
