Notes

1) One Leg Squats.

2) Dynamic Lunge Stretches.

3) Functional Core with Weights.

Mixed in some sciatic PTs also. Good and strict with strength and sciatic movements. Mentally relaxed and got sloppy a couple of times with the core work.
