Long Run. With Runner Chell and Beat-the-Clock LS this week from MoRunCo. Both want 14 @ 8:30, and CJ wants an extra easy 4 on the end. They are tired of river loop, so suggest a Cape/Jax route that is right at 14 with over 1000 feet of inclines. Advise stay with me and we're back here in about two hours at 8:35-8:25.
Route ends up being 13.56. Back with CJ at 1:55:40 for 8:32 average pace. BtC-LS bolted around nine miles in and finished at 8:22 average.
Back out with CJ on the trail for another 4.76 at 9:15 average. Dodging 5K traffic from some Cape LaCroix Church run. Two nickels.
