Temp 75 Wind 8 mph.

Post-Race Long Run. Waited for school and work traffic to clear before heading out. Plan to go about 90:00 minutes and work hard on getting back into proper alignment. First half at 8:30ish average and second half about 8:15ish average. A dime and some more (11) pennies.

Ate just about everything I could scrounge out of the fridge yesterday evening. Chugged water into the night and even woke up three different times with cotton mouth and put away another 45 oz throughout the night. Still weighed three pounds less this morning than yesterday morning. Race must have completely drained the water reserves. Guess I did not recognize the amount of sweat loss occurring.

Good stretch and roll out. Will skip the lift until this weekend.
