Temp 29 Winds Calm.
Short Easy Run. After weeks of trying, schedules finally mesh. Meet up with The Hall of Famer JT at City Park. He is back to running four days a week; however, hip started to flare up again when attempting to increase miles and with any intensity. Sounded like he's ready to move ahead with the surgery later this year. May jump in a couple of races (President's Day and St Pats) before the shut down.
