Notes

Avoided heavy squats and plyometric jumps. Didn't want to jump around anymore than needed or load my spine with heavy weights with tired lower back.

1) Bilateral Air Squats.

2) Right Leg Smith Machine Squats.

3) Single Leg Hops (Right).

4) One Leg Squats.

5) Deadlifts.

6) Leg Curls.

7) Lateral Hip Strength w/ TheraBands (Emphasis R).
