Hour and Ten Run / Walk. Total wreck this morning. Nine hours of driving and backseat riding yesterday. Tried to go to bed early and stiff back, neck, and achy shoulder resulted in barely three hours of sleep. In damage control mode.
Started with 10:00 minutes of walking before moving on to 4 x 10:00 minutes running with 5:00 minute walk intervals. Cautious first one (8:49), eased into some inclines and declines (8:24), and finished with a hill on each of the last two (8:15 / 8:18). Some light rain in the middle.
