Temp 52 Wind 13 mph.

Nice jog home. Only spitting rain now. Wind feels warm. While others take smoke breaks at work today, will think up something sanely sick to do to my legs with the weights tonight.

Worked shoulders last night with 70+ crunches and leg stretches. Did two supersets of 10x10x10x16 various athletic movements to warm up. Followed with 5 x (10x10) military press / dumbbell press superset. Right shoulder still not 100% from injury several months ago. Pain not so much sharp and isolated anymore. More dull and general. All individual deltoids work fine, just overall shoulder function limited?? Weight workouts are generally pain free??
