Medium Long Run with AT Tempo Intervals. Easy jog to the track and one lap to prime. Tempo Intervals = 4 laps on inside 3/4 lanes flipping directions after each. About 0:70 seconds jog intervals between each. Average paces on tempo intervals = 7:33 / 7:22 / 7:22. Jogged another 5+ miles around town before heading home. Big ole pile of (mostly silver) coins in middle of road at Jax & 25. Busiest intersection in town. Any other time of day and would've had no shot at claiming it. Two quarters, six dimes, five nickels, and eleven pennies.
