Hill Sprints and Hilly AT Tempo. Woke up yesterday morning feeling like someone had slashed my tires. Took the hint and popped a squat for the day.
(1) About 18:00 Minutes Jogging, (2) 6 x Hill Sprints, (3) 29:02 Minute Hilly AT Tempo @ 8:14 Average Pace, and (4) Another 20:00 Minutes Jogging. Challenge to see in the dark, breath in the humidity, and stay AT on inclines first 10:00 minutes and last 5:00 minutes of tempo. Different sport than running aerobic on a track!
Will learn tonight if grandchild #6 will tie things up or make it a two possession game again.
