Long Run. Oppressive conditions to start, then it got downright miserable when the fog moved in and temps crept into the mid 70s. About 12:00 minutes of jogging from house to Russell Street hill. Hit four hill sprints to prime. Next 90:00 minutes at 7:48 average pace. Over to Old Cape Road, out to Tubman Blvd, a loop of Annwood Estates, back to mid-town, over to Jr. High, and back home. Inches shy of 1,100 feet of inclines. Knew I was well hydrated because left the house over two pounds heavier than the day before. Used every ounce of it. Two full cycles and overall nice payday: two quarters, two dimes, three nickels, and eighteen pennies.
