Twenty minute shake-out jog at Easy Effort to kick start recovery following Speed Work. Tired from this morning...and Sunday's race...and the 35-40 miles in between.
Pre-run weight workout hit triceps. Close-grip bench press 6x10 w/ 1 minute rest intervals. Superset of close-hand push ups / overhead extensions w/ 35# plate / rope extensions on high cable. 3 supersets, 10 reps each exercise, 1 minute rest intervals between each superset.
