Temp 64 Winds Calm.

60-Second Hill Repeats. Nice morning. Working on only three hours sleep. 2.53 mile warm-up at 7:58 average pace. Included two surges.

6 x 60 Second Hill Repeats with 4:00 Minute Intervals. Jog down the hill, strider, then walking. Punchy, so focus on doing them right instead of doing them fast. Was back up to speed by number three, and made it further up the hill on each rep. Striders hitting mid-5s.

2.61 mile cool-down at 7:47 average pace. Swung back through City Park and picked up three dimes and four pennies.
