Hour Run / Walk. Simple walk for 3:00 minutes and run for 12:00 minutes times four. Evident early that some parts were used yesterday for the first time in a long time. Muscles felt like there was some extra rubber on the tires. Average paces on run intervals = 9:00 / 8:27 / 8:10 / 8:00.
