Long Run Workout. Warm up by jogging to the track and taking two "primer" laps of strides on the straights with recoveries on the turns. Workout will be 3 x 8:XX tempo intervals with one lap jog recoveries. Primary focus this week will be turnover (rather than AT effort) in attempting to run efficiently at a HM effort. Tempo Split Average Paces = 7:19 / 7:08 / 7:07. Finish with another 45:00 minutes of jogging. Two quarters, two dimes, two nickels, and eight pennies. Interesting that three of the eight pennies were over fifty years old.
