Temp 26 (19) Wind 5 mph.
Easy 45:00 Minutes. Almost a month now since my stomach ailment and have only gained back a couple of the seven pounds ended up losing. Weak feeling all the time with no tolerance for the cold. Cardio doesn't appear to have been effected much.
