Long Run with Stuff. Well, this bites. Been waiting for this weather, and now will have to head out knowing that workout may need to be terminated at any time. Since doing yard work Friday evening, have been having off and on (1) numbness in right hip and outer foot, tingling in lower right leg, and stiffness in right knee. Good guess I've got some L-Something-Bullshit going on. Extended dynamic stretching, sciatic PTs, and balance exercises. Moving OK, better after some snap, crackles, and pops.

Warm up with 2.84 minutes of total jogging. Stopped about 2/3s the way through for 6 x hill sprints. Back to the car for rehydration and shoe change.

Workout Plan = 20:00-something of AT running. Hills to start and finishing with three laps on the track. Follow that with 2 x 2000 @ HM/15K effort, or whatever I can do with soft foot-strikes. Taking 400 jog intervals in between.

1) 3.10 miles at 7:21 average pace. Gentle on the inclines and declines. Felt slower.

2) 2000 @ 6:44 average pace. No problem.

3) 1000 @ 6:39 average pace...after first lap, right ankle wanting to tighten up in turns. Beautiful day for a one hour walk.

Walked around town for 2.88 miles total. Six dimes and eleven pennies. Too good of shape to poke the bear. Will actively chill a couple of days and then take a few more to ease back into training mode. Well, I hope that's what I'll do.
