XC Shake-Out. Breezy and frosty. Easy jog to City Park. Loop plus on the District's XC Course. Did some coin collecting and then jogged home. Still stiff in spots, but starting to move normal again. Black Friday Cycle -- quarter, dime, two nickels, and eight pennies.
