Easy 50:00 Minutes. Rattled my right knee yesterday. Got that to pop rather quickly. Am still feeling mild effects of flat-footed tempo time on the track in my shin. Will get some ice on it after lifting. All things considered, just a couple of minor first world problems associated with maintaining a base at my age through a heatwave. Dime and two pennies.
