Temp 67 Winds 2 mph.
AT Tempo Intervals. Basically same workout as last week, only on eight lane track. Will be a tad longer working in outside lanes. Jog straight to the track and take a lap to surge the straights.
Average paces on AT intervals = 7:08 / 7:05 / 7:03. Had to constantly shift focus between effort, posture, turnover rate, and breathing. Gave the workout a sense of unevenness; however, had the actual effect of balancing the whole thing out. Interval numbers look nice and overall average pace was 7:14.
Easy jog back to the house. One dime.
