Recovery Day. Welcomed recovery day. Fatigue and soreness has been building in hips and quads since Wednesday evening's lower body strength workout. Left quad feels about like it has at times day after hard long run followed by heavy squats. Training plan has 50:00 minutes easy scheduled. Nothing firm heading out, but may walk about as much run. Seven day rolling mileage total has been hovering around 50 last few days with a long run tomorrow. At the high end of prudent right now. End up running about 30:00 and walking the other 20:00. Lots of nickels this year. Three more today, along with a dime and four pennies.

Extra rolling and flossing during post-run static stretch out.
