Easy 40:00 Minutes with Drills and Strides. Jogged around about 25:00 minutes. Stopped in the park for a short drill set and a couple of strides. Jogged back to the house and hit two more extended strides before heading in. Rare mid-week cycle and decent payday. Quarter, five dimes, a nickel, three pennies, and a Visa prepaid card with a $0.90 cent balance.
