Short Hill Repeats. Back to winter and single digit wind chills. Short training block today, plus wanting to put the GPS on a new route to see how close it is to three miles, so extra warm-up time of 4.92 miles at 8:11 average pace.
8 x 15 Second Hill Repeats. Took two minute walk intervals. As sharp and as quick as I have done these in memory.
Down = 1.56 miles at 8:21 average pace. Wind cutting through all four layers and getting at my sweaty shoulders and arms. Dime and five pennies.
