Temp 43 Winds Calm.
Sharpening Day. Warm-up of 2.07 miles in 17:58. Three short surges.
Plan is 12 x 200 (0.12) Progressive Starting @ 10K Effort w/ 200 (0.12) Jog Intervals. Working on streets in and around City Park, so will have some inclines, some declines, flats, and mixed. Expecting times to fluxuate, but anything between 42-45 should be acceptable. Mixing stride turnover rate and length. 45 / 45 / 42 / 43 / 43 / 44 / 42 / 40 / 43 / 42 / 41 / 43.
Cool-down of 1.56 miles in 14:41. Legs are healthy, but maybe lagging about 12 hours or so of where I would expect to be recovery-wise. Extra day with Sunday race, so no big deal. Original plan was to do some plyo tonight, but will hold off on that again until after race day.
