Temp 51 Winds Calm.

Hour Run/Walk. Full dynamic stretch out with balance exercises. Start with 12:00 minutes of brisk walking at a 14:40 pace. Re-start running rehab with a 4:00 minutes on, 4:00 minutes off run/walk. Only a hint of symptoms. All peroneal and less so on last two run sessions than first three. Post tib was fine all the way and ready for more. Another 8:45 of walking back to house for cool down.

Big "win" this morning. Shut it down wanting and able to do more. Perfect stimulus. Not going to get impatient or greedy; will do ancillary work only tomorrow.
