Weather not been as prohibited as in some past years and remodel displacement not been excessively disruptive; however, timing of both has made establishing any training structure impossible. This morning is no different.
Warm Up -- Progressive (6.6 mph to 7.4 mph) jogging. Another 4:00 minutes with three 0:30 second surges at 8.0 mph.
Workout -- With deck at 1.5%: 8 x 0:45 seconds at 9.0 mph / 9.2 mph / 9.4 mph / 9.6 mph. Two at each speed. Rest intervals of 0:45 seconds at 7.0 mph. Started to smooth out mid-way through first 9.4. Probably would have finished faster if outdoors this morning. Strong, but not a lot of pop. Attribute that to Monday's workout leftovers.
Cool Down -- Another 6:00 minutes at 7.0 mph with post-run stretch out.
