Temp 68 Wind 8 mph.
Recovery Run. Mostly a test run. Appear to have rolled forward over my foot rather than ankle. No swelling or pain in ankle. Tenderness and mild swelling on top of foot. No problems with having to alter stride or over compensate for discomfort or pain. Only noticed when shoe would shift and press on hot spot.
