Sharping Day. Still disoriented, so locking in and focusing on getting what needs to get done the way it needs to get done. About 20:00 minutes of jogging just under 8:00 pace with a short surge. Short drill set and a couple of striders.
Workout is 8 x 200 (0.12) at 5K/10K effort with equal distance jog intervals. Pretty solid execution. Couple on inclines were at high 6:1X, couple on declines were at low 5:5X, and rest were in a 5:54 - 6:02 range.
