Temp 40 (WC 32) Wind 14 mph.
Recovery Day. Lots of static and dynamic stretching, HS PT, core exercises, and a 12:00 minute stationary bike ride. Out into the rainy windy abyss to finish with a 30:00 minute Recovery Run. Suppose to rain all day, so might as well be done with it. Parts I prefer never to be cold and wet got cold and wet.
After a 2-hour nap (coma) mid-day on Sunday, was able to muster up a couple of sets of plyo, hip flexor kicks, and wide-stance squats with just the bar on the Smith Machine.
