Temp 26 (WC 18) Wind 8 mph.

Fifty @ Easy Effort. Could have been worse. Snow accumilation on low-end of forecast. City snowplows found our neighborhood a few hours earlier than in past couple of years. Was able to safely move at a little quicker pace than anticipated, and under these conditions, got a much better cardio effort in than could have hoped for. Snow picked up again about 38-40 minutes in. Started to get real slick again real quick. Slipped a couple of times, and nearly did a butt-buster about 46 minutes in. Time to stay off the hills and finish it off. Got another run in the shoes I'll probably trash at Mud-n-Guts.

Build last night's leg workout around superset of dead lifts and neutral stance squats. 3 x (10x10). Mixed in superset of 2 x (12x12) hip flexors and lunges / core / leg stetches during intervals. Light to medium weights. Will be a little sore again later today. Good.
