Temp 46 Wind 2 mph.

AT Tempo (Track / Hilly Streets). Warm up jog to the track followed by two primer laps. Most of first and last miles of tempo will be on the track with middle minutes on hilly streets. Didn't necessarily set out to run entire workout at AT, but ended up doing so. Splits = 7:35 / 7:46 / 7:46 / 4:49 (7:35) for overall average pace of 7:39. Cool down jog back to the house. Two pennies.
