Lost the weather bet. Could have gone out if needed, but misery tolerance this morning very low. Plan was to prick the AT system. Can do track workout on TM and will cut back on overall scheduled volume to save on excessive beat down while in recovery mode.

Start with 12:00 minute progressive (6 mph to 7 mph) warm up. Deck at 1.0%.

Workout is 3 x 6:00 minutes at 7.8 / 7.9 / 8.0 mph with deck at 1.5%. Jog intervals of 3:00 minutes at 7 mph.

Cool down with deck back at 1.0%. Another 12:00 minutes at 7 mph.
