Temp 50 Wind 4 mph.
CNS Day. Couple miles of jogging to warm up. 6 x hill sprints, then another 12:00 minutes of drills and strides. Came to a complete stop during drill set, then turned around awkwardly to switch directions. Gave myself a stinger that shot down to rear/inside of right knee. Some numbness in hip, knee, and ankle afterward. Too spooked to fully accelerate on strides. Seemed to be shaking out during extended (about 30:00 minute) cool down jog. Two dimes and three pennies.
