Temp 39 (Feels Like 34) Wind 6 mph.
Hour @ Easy Effort. Had thought about some track miles to save the legs for a long run. Thick fog and darkness made it an easy call. Staying off the streets, took a route on the trails and through parking lots to get there.
Off in a little while to River Campus to check out the 8K or 5-Mile Run (not sure event organizers ever figured out there is a difference?). kehamm looking to drop a sub-29. Expect to see some other familar racers and banditos.
