Weather Channel misses hourly forecast by a mile and wreaks havoc with CBEGM Sunday Long Run. About an hour late getting started, then pop-up storms with down pours and lightning trap us in downtown Cape. Also have blood running down my forearm after a collision with a metal road work sign. Rain lets up enough for us to make it back to Arena, but now there is increasing lightning overhead and all around. Not worth it. Live to run tomorrow. Did get in nearly eight total and a month's worth or good, interesting, and relevant running conversation in the two hours of downtime.
